By commissioning me, you agree to all terms and conditions.

I have the right to refuse any request of a commission for any reason, and I do not have to state the reason why if I'm not comfortable.

Payment is upfront at the time of being added into the queue. If there is no payment up until the start of the sketch, I will place the piece on hold until the payment goes through. If you cannot provide payment for the piece within 2 weeks, your commission will be cancelled.

Payment is taken through PayPal. I will send an invoice when you join the queue.

For backgrounds/items, please note that I'm still learning. I will let you know if you request something I've never done before/something I'm not good at. I do want to try new things, but I also want you to get a high quality piece.

For species, I like to experiment, but if I am struggling with a character requested I reserve the right to ask to change to a different character, spend more time studying, or cancelling your commission.

If I find that you are in any way a bigoted/bad/etc. person after I have completed a commission for you (through account retweets, callouts, etc., or even a bad experience with you personally), I have the right to block you from my page and not accept any further commissions.

If I find anything previous stated before I complete a piece, I have the right to refund you, then do as said above.

Clients, commissioners, consumers have zero permission to mint/sell their finished commissions or any of my work for NFTs.

Clients, commissioners, consumers have zero permission to train, validate, or test a neural network on my art.

I require some kind of unshaded, non-compressed reference picture. If none can be provided, most likely I will decline the commission.

Along with references, you can give more specific details, such as pose, expression, props/clothes, etc.

Please let me know if you change your username just in case if I am unable to find you. This also applies to changing/locking your accounts. I'll put your piece's progress on hold until you either contact me or I manage to find you.

I use a 60/40 refund policy (60% will go back to you). This can be worked out if truly needed, and depending on the commission type.

I have no problem with working something out with you. I'm available any time to answer dms or emails in regards to questions, concerns, or just inquiries on completion time.

I don't do refunds on adopts, YCHs, or auctions.

I won't provide refunds if I have already completed the sketch and it has been sent to the client.

You can share the completed work on your social media as long as you credit me as the artist and not claim it as your own work.

Depending on the complexity of your character, the price of a piece may be increased (increase negotiable).

I don't have much experience with commissions at the moment, so please bear with me.
